'Mozart In The Jungle’ Season 2 Gets Premiere Date On Amazon
Amazon will premiere all ten episodes of the second season of its original series Mozart In The Jungle on December 30, exclusively on Prime Video in the U.S., UK, Germany and Austria.
Based on the critically acclaimed memoir by Blair Tindall, Mozart In The Jungle
is a half-hour comedic drama that looks at finding yourself and finding
love while conquering the music world of New York City. Returning to
the series are stars Gael Garcia Bernal as maestro Rodrigo, Lola Kirke
as young oboist Hailey, Saffron Burrows as worldly cellist Cynthia,
Malcolm McDowell as former conductor Thomas and Bernadette Peters as
board chairwoman Gloria. New guest stars this season include Gretchen
Mol, Dermot Mulroney, and Esai Morales, with guest appearances by music
luminaries Gustavo Dudamel, Lang Lang and Emanuel Ax, among others
The second season of Mozart In The Jungle is executive produced by Roman Coppola (Moonrise Kingdom), Jason Schwartzman (The Darjeeling Limited), and Paul Weitz (About A Boy).
